Another file written on/for the Gravis Ultrasound

The file will play without custom patches but the percussion will
sound somewhat peculiar.

It is better using the custom patches from Francois Dion's 808 patch set
(808kick1, 808sd1, 808congh, 808congm). These are NOT included in this
archive so you'll have to get hold of them seperately.

It also sounds better using the c550tr_l.pat which is included.

All these files should be placed in the c:\ultrasnd\midi directory and
the file should be played with playmidi and with chris7.cfg in the 
same directory as chris7.mid in order to use the custom patches.
