Thanks to Mirsoft for including the original rips (MT32).  Every other file was a duplicate, but without patch controller info (discarded).  Mirsoft didn't convert to GM right.  I used the MTtoGM utility he makes available at this site, and now they sound great.  The full GM set is here provided as he requested.  Enjoy.
